Russian Roulette is one of the confirmed songs on Rihanna's newest studio album Rated R, according to Wikipedia.
Her first single Russian Roulette is an artistic song referencing Rihanna turmultuous relationship with Chris Brown.
The second single hasn't been released yet but it is rumoured that a leaked preview of the beat has been uploaded to youtube:
This is false. The beat is actually a beat created by Mizz Electronica, who has denied ever working with Rihanna.
